Summary

The Office of Mental Health Financial Management Plan achieves its savings target by incorporating enhanced controls for “standby on-call” and overtime, as well as workforce reductions via attrition.  In total, the workforce target has been reduced by 100 positions.  The agency will also impose strict controls on all non-personal service spending, including travel, supplies, equipment, consultants, and physical plant expenses.
