The New York State Division of the Budget held formal public hearings on the FY 2024 Executive Budget, including agency and capital budgets, on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at 12 p.m.
At the hearings, selected agencies outlined aspects of their budgets. Members of the Legislature and their staffs were invited to participate and ask questions.
Written testimony from the public was accepted at BudgetHearing@budget.ny.gov.
