The Office of State Comptroller will achieve its savings target of 3.35 percent by reducing spending by approximately $4.8 million, including a $2.4 million reduction in personal service costs. Another $2.4 million is cut in non-personal service costs, including tight spending controls on all discretionary spending for supplies, equipment and travel.
