The OPRHP Financial Management Plan achieves savings through a number of actions, including managing its workforce level to reduce five positions through attrition. It also will defer equipment maintenance, manage its fleet of vehicles, and reduce supply and material purchases. The plan does not include any reductions to the agency’s Capital Plan in recognition of the State Park Revitalization Initiative approved in the 2008-09 Enacted Budget.
