Summary

The Greenway Financial Management Plan achieves its savings target by controlling hiring and reducing non-personal spending by eliminating all non-essential travel, supplies, materials and equipment. Due to a number of vacancies, including the recent departure of its Executive Director, the Greenway will need to fill some critical positions, however, it will manage the re-filling of other vacancies to ensure that it meets the required personal service spending limitations.
