Summary

The DHCR Financial Management Plan achieves its savings target by delaying the refilling of vacant positions and reflects a reduction of ten positions.  The agency will achieve further savings by increasing use of technology to automate various agency functions, consolidating rent administration offices, implementing a priority system for program site visits, and controlling non-personal service spending.
