Request for Proposals – Federal Single Audit for the State of New York

Description:

The New York State Division of the Budget (Division) is requesting proposals from qualified independent certified public accounting firms to provide auditing services to fulfill requirements of the Federal Single Audit Act as amended in 1996 and the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200). The Firm selected for this engagement will conduct New York State’s (State) Single Audit for the State fiscal years ending March 31, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030 under a five-year contract.

Under the Procurement Lobbying Law, a restricted period is currently in effect for this Procurement and it will remain in effect until State Comptroller approval of the resulting contracts. Potential bidders are prohibited from contact related to this procurement with any New York State employee or any representative of a New York State board or commission, other than the designated contacts identified below.
