The New York State Division of the Budget held formal public hearings on the FY 2023 Executive Budget, including agency and capital budgets, on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 9:15 a.m.
At the hearings, selected agencies outlined aspects of their budgets. Members of the Legislature and their staffs were invited to participate and ask questions.
Written testimony from the public is accepted at BudgetHearing@budget.ny.gov.
