The New York State Division of the Budget held formal public hearings on the FY 2021 Executive Budget, including agency and capital budgets, on Thursday, November 21, 2019 in Room 124 of the State Capitol at 8:30am.
At the hearings, selected agencies outlined their budget requests for the upcoming fiscal year. Members of the Legislature and their staffs were invited to participate and ask questions.
Written testimony from the public was accepted at BudgetHearing@budget.ny.gov.
