Budget Issue Hearings

The Division of the Budget held a total of four budget issue hearings in Albany during the month of December. The two-hour sessions, which were conducted in the Empire State Plaza, each focused on a specific policy area.

During the hearings, groups that focus on statewide issues presented testimony to senior members of the Division of the Budget and the Governor’s Deputy Secretaries. Written testimony submitted by the participants has been posted on this web page.
