Budget Highlights

The Special Federal Emergency Appropriation provides authority for the disbursement of unanticipated funds received from the Federal government or in the event of an emergency affecting the State of New York, such as a natural or man-made disaster, including public health emergencies. The FY 2023 Executive Budget recommends appropriations totaling $25 billion.
