Budget Highlights

The Green Thumb Program provides income-eligible senior citizens with part-time employment in State agencies through the not-for-profit organization Green Thumb Environmental Beautification, Inc. The FY 2020 Executive Budget recommends a General Fund appropriation of approximately $3.6 million, an increase of $243,000 from FY 2019.
