The State Equipment Finance Program provides a financing process for the acquisition of equipment and information systems for all State agencies.
Budget Highlights
The Executive Budget recommends the reappropriation of $109 million to finance equipment purchases for State agencies including the State University of New York and the City University of New York. Equipment purchases include management information systems, laboratory equipment, and healthcare technology systems. No new appropriations are being advanced for this purpose in the FY 2018 budget.
