Budget Highlights

The Green Thumb Program provides income-eligible elderly citizens with part-time employment in State agencies through the not-for-profit organization Green Thumb Environmental Beautification, Inc. The FY 2018 Executive Budget recommends a General Fund appropriation of approximately $3.2 million, the same level as FY 2017.
