Mission

The State Equipment Finance Program provides a financing process for the acquisition of equipment and information systems for all State agencies.

Budget Highlights

The Executive Budget recommends the spend out of $123 million of re-appropriations to finance equipment purchases for State agencies including SUNY and CUNY. Equipment purchases include management information systems, laboratory equipment, and healthcare technology systems. No new appropriations are being advanced for this purpose in the FY 2017 budget.
