Budget Highlights

The Hudson River Valley Greenway Communities Council is a 25-member advisory board, created in 1991, which is responsible for promoting the preservation of natural and cultural resources in the Hudson River Valley. The Council’s operations are funded entirely from the General Fund.

The FY 2017 Executive Budget recommends total appropriations of $321,000, the same level as FY 2016, to support the Council’s administration, technical assistance, and local planning grants programs.
