Mission

Provides a financing process for the acquisition of major equipment purchases and information systems research, development and upgrades for all State agencies.

Budget Highlights

The Executive Budget recommends the spend out of $175 million of re-appropriations to finance equipment purchases for State agencies, including SUNY, CUNY and the Statewide Financial Management System. Equipment purchases include management information systems, laboratory equipment, and healthcare technology systems. No new appropriations are being advanced in the 2014-15 budget.
