Mission

The Division of Military and Naval Affairs (DMNA) maintains a highly-trained military force ready to respond to civil emergencies, natural disasters and threats to the nation's security.

Budget Highlights

The 2014-15 Executive Budget recommends $116.1 million in All Funds support for DMNA, an increase of $271,000 from 2013-14, primarily reflecting a contingency authorization for State activations of the New York National Guard. The workforce level of 387 FTEs remain unchanged from 2013-14.
