Budget Highlights

The Green Thumb Program provides income-eligible elderly citizens with part-time employment in State agencies through the not-for-profit organization Green Thumb Environmental Beautification, Inc. The 2013-14 Executive Budget recommends a General Fund appropriation of $2.83 million, the same level as 2012-13.
