These resolutions are true and correct copies of the approved enacted resolutions and the signatures appearing thereon are hereby certified to be those of the board’s members and/or the member’s legally designated representatives. The Secretary of the PACB maintains custody of all original approved enacted resolutions. As necessary, the PACB Secretary shall make available to any interested parties, affidavits certifying the authenticity of reproduced PACB resolutions retrieved from this website location.

- Approving grants via Regional Economic Development Councils for Quinn Borchardt Brewing Capital (Saratoga County), Pace University Clinical Simulation Laboratory Expansion Capital (New York County), Watertown Family YMCA Community Center Capital (Jefferson County), Atlantic Testing Labs Capital (St. Lawrence County), UHS Childcare Access Capital (Broome County), Greyston Bakery Capital (Westchester County), West Side Bazaar Expansion (Erie County), Lake Placid Hotel Capital (Essex County) and Greenhook Ginsmiths Canning Capital (Kings County).

Bond Issuances
- Issuance of fixed and/or variable rate, tax-exempt and/or taxable bonds on behalf of Columbia University. Proceeds may be used to finance the costs associated with various construction and renovation projects at the Morningside Heights, Medical Center and Manhattanville campuses. Bonds are expected to be sold through a negotiated offering, a competitive offering and/or private placement.
- Issuance of fixed and/or variable rate, tax-exempt and/or taxable bonds on behalf of Pace University. Proceeds may be used to finance the costs associated with various construction and renovation projects at the University’s One Pace Plaza building and various other renovation and deferred maintenance projects across the University System; refund all or a portion of the University’s Series 2013A Bonds issued by DASNY; and refund all or a portion of the University’s Series 2014A and Series 2014B Bonds issued by the Westchester County Local Development Corporation. Bonds are expected to be sold through a negotiated offering and/or private placement.
- Issuance of fixed and/or variable rate, tax-exempt and/or taxable bonds on behalf of Shelter Island Public Library Society. Proceeds may be used to finance the construction of additions, alterations and improvements to the existing Library building. Bonds are expected to be sold through a negotiated offering.

- Approving State Clean Water Revolving Fund – Direct Financing Projects for the Village of Clifton Springs (Ontario County), Village of Red Hook (Dutchess County) and Village of Saranac Lake (Franklin County).
- Approving State Drinking Water Revolving Fund – Direct Financing Projects for the Village of Alexandria Bay (Jefferson County), Town of East Fishkill (Dutchess County), Village of Newark (Wayne County) and Village of Perry (Wyoming County).

- Amending PACB Resolution No. 18-EF-739 previously approved on June 20, 2018 for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund in order to authorize a maturity extension to the Village of Oxford (Chenango County).
- Amending PACB Resolution No. 19-EF-765 previously approved on April 17, 2019 for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund in order to authorize a maturity extension and funding increase to the Village of Speculator (Hamilton County).
